How do I get paid?

You are paid for the minutes that you are on the phone or chatting with a client. Bonuses are available and checks are paid weekly.

How do I earn bonuses?

You can receive an incentive for calls or chats with repeat clients if you qualify. Incentives are also available based on the total number of minutes that you are with clients for each weekly pay period.

How do I join Galaxy One?

You first need to apply to become a contractor with Galaxy One. Be prepared to submit information about your experience and professional credentials. After you are accepted into our network, you will record a 30-second greeting and choose up to 5 different categories for your listing. You are able to record a separate greeting to be played in each of your 5 chosen categories.

For best results, you should submit a listing for the following categories: Love & Relationships, Tarot, Money & Finance. You are able to record personalized greetings for each category or copy your credentials to each listing. After you complete your listing you will submit it for approval. No greetings or listings will be posted without manager approval.

Is my personal information kept safe?

Yes. Your information will remain secure and is protected around the clock by GeoTrust.

How do I edit my listings?

Modifying your listing information online is simple with Galaxy One. You are able to change or re-record your greetings at any time. Any changes will be posted to the website after they are approved by your manager.

Why am I not receiving any calls or chats?

As with any other business, there are times of peak and off-peak usage. The call volume changes based on how many clients are on the network and how many psychics are currently available. If you gain a reputation for giving good readings, your clients are able to reach you by dialing your extension directly. You will always receive these calls if you are available. The more you are logged in to the system, the more opportunity you will have to accept calls and chats.

How do I change my listing or availability without a computer?

If you don't have access to a computer, you can still be a valuable member of the Galaxy One network. You will receive an exclusive toll free number where you can change your availability status. Also, your manager will be able to update your online listings for times that you don't have a computer.

How do I fix technical problems with the system?
